Most international sales outside the EU, USA and Canada are shipped direct from Hong Kong.  

 

Please Note:  Sample and merchandise may be subject to customs inspection and duty in most of the countries, and consequently delivery may be subject to delay. The time for customs clearance has not been included in the Delivery Speed. The Customs Office in all countries have their right to inspect all the mails for their countries and levy the customs charges for the items.

Warranty & Return

 

Warranty

Every Floaterhoist comes with a 2 year limited warranty on parts and materials. If any part of your product becomes non-functioning, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

 

Return Policy

Items should be returned in original packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase. In order to initiate a return, simply fill out the below return / refund form for instructions. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Make sure that loose parts such as the steel moveable pulleys are carefully wrapped and please get a tracking number for all return items.
